In early 1999, Bremen Composites began renovating a 26,000 square foot building on our complex to accommodate a brand new, state-of-the-art, double shuttle, vacuum forming machine with 6' x 13 (72" stroke) platens. The advanced Zycom touch screen PC and Opto22 computer controls allow for easy programming of even the most complicated parts. We are currently thermoforming parts for the Automotive Aftermarket, Van Conversion, RV, Commercial Truck/Trailer and Marine Industries. We have added several more vacuum forming machines since 2000. We also have CNC routing and trimming capabilities.

We have assembled an extremely experienced production crew that understands the production processes for thermoforming a wide variety of materials such as ABS, HDPE, HMWPE, HIPS, Vinyl and Rubber. We have a Research & Development group that can help you design, engineer and build the proper proto-type patterns and production tooling for your projects.
